Instructions

After agreeing the terms for the service, you will receive instructions to follow, for example providing access to your management system and the Notifiche TI portal.

Automation

For each notification made, you will receive a message on Telegram or an email with important information such as success messages sent or error in filling in the data by the client.

We have prepared some questions that we are frequently asked but don’t worry if you can’t find yours: contact us and we will answer all your doubts!

First of all we need to create a script (a code for automation) that will automate the sending of the data arriving at your management system and will transmit it to the Notifiche Ticino portal (the police portal).

Nothing will be installed on your computer. They are “virtual” connections that we will make directly from our servers.

When a customer enters their data to check-in at one of your properties, the same data will be taken from your management system account and published on the Notifiche Ticino portal, modifying it in the format requested by them.

This connection will be made for each property, so if your customer checks in at your property in Locarno (for example), the Notifiche TI portal will understand exactly that the data entered is to be linked to that property.

For your part, you will have to check that all the data is filled in correctly and that the check-in has been carried out. For this reason, notifications will be sent the following day (for example if the customer checks in on Thursday, the notification on the Notifiche TI portal is sent on Friday).

Notifications are sent all at once. So all your customers’ check-ins from Thursday will be sent on Friday morning (or by arrangement).

Every day you will receive a message of success in sending notifications or lack of data or errors via Telegram or email.

These messages are obviously private and only you will see them.

As far as your personal data and privacy are concerned, you don’t have to worry: they are safe and you can request their deletion whenever you want. Find more information on this page.

For script creation, connection and initiation of services, payment is required in advance.

No, we don’t have to install anything on your computer. We use our own servers for the various connections.

The service is renewed from month to month. You can decide to cancel your automations and pay for the current month.

We do not usually offer a free trial period, but if you need different automations, you can contact us and we will evaluate your case carefully.
