AutomaticaMente by Aleksandr Dubkov (hereinafter referred to as AutomaticaMente) is a sole proprietorship based in Bellinzona (Via Caraa 23, 6525 Gnosca) that offers automation services.

The customer (hereinafter referred to as the Customer) undertakes to read and understand the General Conditions below.

2.1. Payment for the automation service must be made in advance at the beginning of each month. Different payment terms can be decided upon agreement between both parties.

2.2. Payment can be made by invoice or TWINT. Any other payment methods are to be agreed between AutomaticaMente and the customer.

2.3. If payment is not made within 3 working days, the service will be paused and no refund will be made for the suspension period.

If there are problems with the ad portals, the automation will be suspended and a refund will be made for the days of pause.

4.1. AutomaticaMente assumes no responsibility for incorrect data provided by the customer.

4.2. The customer assumes full responsibility for the data provided and confirms that he is in possession of it and can use it without requesting permission from third parties. AutomaticaMente does not assume responsibility for data used without the permission of the owner(s).

4.3. For the notification automation service, we assume no responsibility for uncontrolled and/or incorrect data. The customer is responsible for verifying the data sent during check-in to the notification portal.

5.1. The service can be canceled on a monthly basis, subject to 7 days’ written notice (the method of communication is irrelevant but receipt by AutomaticaMente must be confirmed).

The current month must be paid.

5.2. AutomaticaMente reserves the right to cancel the service at any time for technical reasons or other reasons that do not allow the service to be carried out.

In such an event, the customer will be notified promptly and a refund will be made for the service pause period.

6.1. Any discounts on multiple portals with different quantities of adverts will be applied to the portal with the smallest number of adverts.

6.2. AutomaticaMente reserves the right to modify / cancel any ongoing promotions.

7.1. The customer is required to provide their login credentials. Without these credentials, the automation cannot be carried out.

7.2. In case of changes to the access credentials, AutomaticaMente must be informed immediately.

7.3. AutomaticaMente does not assume responsibility for failure to republish due to incorrect login credentials and no refund will be made for the pause period.

8.1. The data provided to AutomaticaMente will not be given to third parties. Deletion may be requested at any time. More information on this page.

8.2. Unless otherwise agreed, deleting data will result in the closure of any accounts and the pausing of the service.

These general conditions of service are governed by Swiss law. For any dispute, the parties elect the competent court of the corporate headquarters of the individual company, Bellinzona.

The current version of the General Conditions is the latest and is updated on 20 July 2023.

Upon payment of the automation service, the customer accepts these general conditions and confirms their correct understanding.
