First of all, we recommend that you schedule a consultation or contact us, explaining your situation. Once we understand your problem, we will look for a solution to automate the IT process that is the protagonist of your story.

Once we understand everything and after a second contact, we will send you the quote and the payment method for the same. If it is a job to be carried out in one go, then the payment will be single and will take place before the work is completed in full. If the work is continuous, such as the daily republishing of adverts, then payment will be agreed by contract.

After receiving a technical sheet from you, which we will explain how to create, for example a file in which you insert the texts you want to add in the form of adverts, we will create, thanks to a computer language, one or more scripts which will allow us to simulate the same actions you would carry out. The creation of the script varies based on the complexity of the request and, therefore, the timing may vary (but will be communicated to you beforehand).

At the end of the creation of the script, there is a third contact, in which we will show you the features and proceed with completing the work.

If the work done is delivered immediately, for example in the case of a table with data, the process ends here. If, however, the work is continuous and carried out from day to day, then we will proceed as agreed, for any additions or changes to information.

For services carried out only once, such as the single collection of information or data, payment occurs before the start of the work, in full.

Alternatively, in case of continuous payment, once a month or quarterly, based on the contract, an invoice is sent with the possibility of payment within 7 days.
